Abu Hurairah said: Abu Al- Qasim said: Whoever buys a Musarrah, he has the choice (of annulling the deal) for three days. If the wishes ti keep it, he may keep it, and if he wishes to return it, he may return it, along with a Sa of daters, not wheat. (Sahih )
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ
ابوالقاسم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جس نے کوئی «محفلہ» یا «مصراۃ» ( دودھ تھن میں روکے ہوئے جانور کو ) خریدا تو اسے تین دن تک اختیار ہے، اگر وہ اسے روکے رکھنا چاہے تو روک لے اور اگر لوٹانا چاہے تو اسے لوٹا دے اور اس کے ساتھ ایک صاع کھجور بھی دے، گیہوں کا دینا ضروری نہیں“۔
It was narrated that 'Aishsh said: The Messenger of Allah ruled that what a slave earns belongs to his guarantor.
ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فیصلہ کیا کہ «خراج» ( نفع ) مال کی ضمانت سے جڑا ہوا ہے ۱؎۔
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: The Messenger of Allah forbade meeting (the traders on the way) a Muhajhir selling for a Bedouin, keeping the milk in the udder of an animal (so as to increase its price), artificially inflating prices, a man to urge the cancellation of sale already agreed upon and a woman to ask that her sister (in faith) be divorced.
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے باہر نکل کر سامان خریدنے سے، مہاجر ( شہری ) کو دیہاتی کا مال بیچنے سے ۱؎، جانوروں کے تھن میں قیمت بڑھانے کے مقصد سے دودھ چھوڑنے سے، خود خریدنا مقصود نہ ہو لیکن دوسرے کو ٹھگانے کے لیے بڑھ بڑھ کر قیمت لگانے سے اور اپنے بھائی کے مول پر بھاؤ بڑھانے سے اور اپنی سوکن ۲؎ کے لیے طلاق کا مطالبہ کرنے سے منع فرمایا۔
It was narrated from Anas that: the Prophet forbade a town-dweller to sell for a desert- dweller, even if he was his father or brother. (Sahih )
انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ
نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے منع فرمایا کہ شہری دیہاتی کا سامان بیچے، گرچہ وہ اس کا باپ یا بھائی ہی کیوں نہ ہو۔
It was narrated that Anas bin Malik said: It was forbidden to us for a town-dweller to sell for a desert-dweller, even if he was his father or brother. (Sahih )
انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ
ہمیں اس بات سے روکا گیا کہ کوئی شہری کسی دیہاتی کا سامان بیچے، گرچہ وہ اس کا بھائی یا باپ ہی کیوں نہ ہو۔
It was narrated that Anas said: It was forbidden to us for a town-dweller to sell for a desert-dweller. (Sahih )
انس رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ
ہمیں اس بات سے روکا گیا کہ کوئی شہری کسی دیہاتی کا سامان بیچے۔
Jabir said: The Messenger of Allah said: 'A town-dweller should not sell for a direst-dweller. Leave the people alone and let Allah provide for them from one another. (Sahih )
جابر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”کوئی شہری کسی دیہاتی کا سامان نہ بیچے، لوگوں کو چھوڑ دو، اللہ تعالیٰ ان میں سے بعض کو بعض کے ذریعہ رزق ( روزی ) فراہم کرتا ہے“۔
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah said: Do not go out to meet the riders, and do not urge someone to cancel a sale he has already agreed upon os as to sell him your own goods, do not artificially inflate prices, and let not a town-dweller sell for a desert-dweller. (Sahih )
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”تجارتی قافلے سے ( مال ) خریدنے کے لیے باہر نکل کر نہ ملو، اور تم میں سے کوئی دوسرے کی بیع پر بیع نہ کرے، نہ بھاؤ پر بھاؤ بڑھانے کا کام کرو اور نہ شہری دیہاتی کا سامان بیچے“۔
It was narrated from 'Abdullah that: the Messenger of Allah forbade artificially inflating prices, meeting traders on the way, and for a town-dweller to sell for a desert-dweller. (Sahih )
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بھاؤ پر بھاؤ بڑھانے سے، شہری کا باہر جا کر دیہاتی سے مال لینے سے اور اس بات سے منع فرمایا کہ شہری دیہاتی کا سامان بیچے۔
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that: the Messenger of Allah forbade meeting traders on the way.
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے تجارتی قافلے سے آگے جا کر ملنے سے منع فرمایا۔
It was narrate from Ibn Tawus, from his father, that Ibn 'Abbas said; The Messenger of Allah forbade meeting the riders, and for a town-dweller. I said to Ibn 'Abbas: What does a town-dweller (selling) for a desert-dweller mean? he said: He should not act as a broker for him,
عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ
نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے منع فرمایا کہ کوئی آگے جا کر تجارتی قافلے سے ملے، اور کوئی شہری کسی دیہاتی کا سامان بیچے، ( راوی طاؤس کہتے ہیں: ) میں نے ابن عباس سے کہا: اس قول ”کوئی شہری دیہاتی کا سامان نہ بیچے“ کا کیا مطلب ہے؟ انہوں نے کہا: یعنی شہری دلال نہ بنے۔
Abu Hurairah said: The Messenger of Allah said: 'Do and whoever meets any of them and buys from him the vendor has the choice of annulling the transaction when he comes to the marketplace. '
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”آگے جا کر تجارتی قافلے سے نہ ملو، جو اس سے جا کر ملا اور اس سے کوئی چیز خرید لی، جب اس کا مالک بازار آئے تو اسے اختیار ہو گا“ ۱؎۔
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: The Messenger of Allah said: No town-dweller should sell for a desert-dweller, do not artificially inflate prices, no man should urge a seller to cancel a sale already agreed upon with another buy so as to by the goods himself, no one should make a proposal over the proposal of his brother and no woman should make a proposal over the proposal of his brother and no woman should ask for her sister in faith) to be divorced so as to turn over what is in her vessel Deprived her of her share of maintenance) and so that she may get married in her place: she will have what Allah has decreed or her.
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”کوئی شہری کسی دیہاتی کا مال ہرگز نہ بیچے، اور نہ بھاؤ پر بھاؤ بڑھانے کا کام کرو، اور نہ آدمی اپنے ( مسلمان ) بھائی کے بھاؤ پر بھاؤ لگائے، اور نہ ( مسلمان ) بھائی کی شادی کے پیغام پر پیغام بھیجے اور نہ عورت اپنی سوکن کی طلاق کا مطالبہ کرے تاکہ جو اس کے برتن میں ہے اسے بھی اپنے لیے انڈیل لے ( یعنی جو اس کی قسمت میں تھا وہ اسے مل جائے ) بلکہ ( بلا مطالبہ و شرط ) نکاح کرے، کیونکہ اسے وہی ملے گا جو اس کی قسمت میں اللہ تعالیٰ نے لکھا ہے“
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Prophet said: No one of you should urge someone to cancel a sale he has already agreed upon with his brother so as to sell him his own goods.
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما روایت کرتے ہیں کہ
نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”تم میں سے کوئی اپنے ( مسلمان ) بھائی کی بیع پر بیع نہ کرے“۔
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah said: Do not urge someone to cancel a sale he has already agreed upon so as to sell him your own goods, unless he bys or changes his mind.
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما روایت کرتے ہیں کہ
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”آدمی اپنے بھائی کی بیع پر بیع نہ کرے یہاں تک کہ وہ اسے خرید لے یا چھوڑ دے“۔
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that: the Prophet forbade artificially inflating prices.
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ
نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرضی بھاؤ پر بھاؤ بڑھانے سے منع فرمایا ۱؎۔
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: I heard the messenger of Allah say: No man should urge anyone to cancel a sale he has already agreed upon with his brother so as to sell him his own goods; no town-dweller should sell for a desert-dweller; do not artificially inflate prices; no man should outbid his brother; and no woman should ask for her sister (in faith) to be divorced so as to turn over what is in her vessel (deprive her of her share of maintenance),
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ
میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فرماتے سنا: ”آدمی اپنے ( کسی مسلمان ) بھائی کی بیع پر بیع نہ کرے، اور نہ کوئی شہری کسی دیہاتی کا سامان بیچے، اور نہ بھاؤ پر بھاؤ بڑھانے کا کام کرے، اور نہ آدمی اپنے بھائی کی بیع پر اضافہ کرے ( کہ میں اس سامان کا تو اتنا اتنا مزید دوں گا ) اور نہ کوئی عورت سوکن کی طلاق کا مطالبہ کرے تاکہ جو اس کے برتن میں ہے اسے اپنے برتن میں انڈیل لے“۔
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet said: No tow-dweller should sell for desert-dweller, no man should outbid his brother; and no woman should ask for her sister (in faith) to be divorced so as to turn over what is in her bowl (deprive her of her share of maintenance)
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ
نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”کوئی شہری کسی دیہاتی کا سامان نہ بیچے، اور نہ کوئی فرضی بھاؤ پر بھاؤ بڑھانے کا کام کرے، اور نہ آدمی اپنے بھائی کی بیع پر اضافہ کرے، اور نہ عورت اپنی سوکن کی طلاق کا مطالبہ کرے تاکہ جو اس کے برتن میں ہے اسے اپنے میں انڈیل لے“۔
It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that: the Messenger of Allah sold a drinking bowl and a blanket (for a horse of camel) to the highest bidder '
انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک پیالا اور ایک کمبل نیلام کیا۔
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that: the Messenger of Allah forbade Mulamash and Munabadha.
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ملامسہ اور منابذہ سے منع فرمایا ۱؎۔
